The Asia Instruments -Alderley JV (AIAJV) is a joint venture partnership between Alderley plc and Asia Instruments Co Ltd. Alderley, an independent company headquartered in the UK is a world leading supplier of metering systems and produced water treatment systems, and a comprehensive supplier of water injection and wellhead control systems, Asia Instruments Co Ltd is one of Iran’s leading trading houses. Asia Instruments and Alderley have been successfully working together in Iran for nearly 5 years.

The site consists of a large fully equipped workshop, overhead cranes, lay down areaand panel production and test workshops. Office and training facilities covering 4 floors attached to the workshops providing a base for the AIAJV staff. Total Site Area: 2310m2 Covered Workshop: 850m2 Office Facilities: 660m2 Yard Area: 1150m2
The AIAJV is based in a purpose built engineering, fabrication and assembly facility in the Payam Special Economic Zone, Karaj near Tehran. Now into its second year the AIAJV provides significantlocal content on all new projects and a full range of local support services to its customers. The AIAJV houses Sales, Proposals, Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Assembly, QA and Test departments and is fully supported by the operations of Alderley plc.
